This policy explains how EvoGrowth s.r.o. processes personal data in connection with the operation of the evogrowth.cz website, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Czech Act No. 110/2019 Coll.

2. What data we process

evogrowth.cz is an informational company website. It contains no contact form, registration or user accounts, so we do not actively collect personal data from visitors.

We only process:

Technical operational data — IP address, browser and device type, date and time of access. This data is processed by our hosting provider in server logs to operate and secure the website.
E-mail communication data — if you contact us at info@evogrowth.cz, we process your e-mail address and the content of your message in order to reply.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Operation, security and stability of the website — legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Replying to your e-mail — legitimate interest, or steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Optional cookies beyond the technically necessary ones — only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Cookies

Cookies are small files stored in your browser. This website uses only technically necessary storage required for it to work properly:

evogrowth-theme — stores your chosen light or dark display mode.
evogrowth-cookies — stores your choice in the cookie bar so it is not shown repeatedly.

We currently use no third-party analytics, marketing or profiling cookies. If we introduce them, they will be activated only after you give consent in the cookie bar. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time:

Cookies can also be managed or deleted directly in your browser settings. Restricting technically necessary storage may affect how the website works.

5. Recipients and data transfers

Hosting and technical support providers may access the data as our processors, bound by confidentiality. We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA takes place solely under the standard contractual clauses of our infrastructure providers.

The website links to external sites (e.g. r-evive.cz). Their operators are responsible for data processing on those sites.

6. Retention period

Server logs are kept for as long as necessary to secure operations, usually no longer than 12 months. E-mail communication is kept for the duration of the exchange and afterwards for as long as needed to protect our legitimate interests.

7. Your rights

In relation to the processing of personal data you have the right:

to access your personal data and obtain a copy,
to rectify inaccurate or complete incomplete data,
to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”),
to restriction of processing,
to data portability,
to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
to withdraw your consent at any time.
